Seraphim Psychology provides holistic, integrative, and evidence-based therapy for a variety of issues that makes life feel hard. We are a practice that delights in bridging the gap between inner, psychological growth and the spiritual Self, where sustaining joy is found.

We specialize in helping individuals deeply heal from complex trauma, intergenerational woundings, anxiety, life transitions, and for those whose whose growth in therapy has slowed and they are ready to weave in their spiritual development.
We are a neurodiverse-affirming practice, understanding that 1) not every uniquely-wired person has the means, access, or desire to be "formally" diagnosed, and 2) that the way we're wired matters greatly in terms of what we need for our greatest happiness and success.

Some common issues we treat are:
-
Relationship breakdowns, transitions, and feelings of loneliness
-
Depression, feelings of stagnation, low self-worth, and chronic feelings of emptiness
-
Stress that is interfering with the enjoyment of life
-
Anxiety
-
Complex PTSD and the effects of growing up in a dysfunctional family
-
Life transitions, such as career changes, spiritual awakenings, relationship losses, and more

Session are 50-minutes long and occur weekly.
