About Seraphina Geiter, LCSW
First of all, thank you for being here and researching therapy. I've seen many different therapists and healers during my life, and I understand how important and sometimes hard it can be to find someone you trust. It is my sincere hope that whether it is me or someone else, you find a therapist or guide that can help you in exactly the way you need to be helped right now.

Some background information about me to give you some context:

I grew up a highly sensitive, undiagnosed neurodivergent. I experienced the world vividly and uncomfortably, struggling to understand why I felt so different and didn't fit in. My earliest memory is angels at my crib-side, helping me to transition to this world that I would often feel pained by.

While I had a rich inner world, I struggled with deep depression, social anxiety, and chronic bullying. My early therapists were Christian-oriented, and while in my heart I felt connected to "something beyond," this model fell flat and left me feeling even more broken. From here began a long and sometimes tumultuous journey, seeking out the true origin and practice of healing and what it meant to be my "true self."

I've studied and been trained in an enormous spectrum of models, ranging from rooted-in-science therapy models to the esoteric. To date, I find myself resting solidly in model that focuses heavily on nervous-system regulation, self-love, and a connection to my Higher Self, God & Yeshua built on prayer, meditative practices, and breath-work. Understanding and supporting my neurodivergence (I am self-diagnosed) has been life-changing.
